I am most interested in your health, growth and progress over the long-term.  I understand that every 'body' is different with it's own unique challenges, and that that very same body can be incredibly different from day to day.  Our emotions, hormones, accidents, life stressors - both big and small, even the weather changes our physical, emotional and mental well-being.  I take all those factors into consideration in class - I am experienced in adapting the postures in the class for your specific needs on that particular day.  As your practice becomes more regular, I will become more familiar with you and your body and what it needs to flourish.

My hope is to guide and teach you, so you are able to experience the myriad benefits of a long-term sustained yoga practice.

My own yoga journey began in 1998. Ten years later I was qualified to teach the Iyengar method, and in 2011 I launched Seabreeze Yoga. In 2013 I obtained my Junior Intermediate 1 Certificate.

I attend classes each week as well as undertaking ongoing teacher training with senior teacher Kay Parry at the Iyengar Institute of Bondi Junction. I have attended conventions taught by Geeta Iyengar and other senior teachers.
